TF Tesla charges its consumers only for actual  consumed energy

The distribution system operator (EDS EPS Distribucija) is in charge of development, maintenance and operation of the distribution network, ensuring the reliability and quality of electricity, as well as all technical issues related to distribution network access.

TSO- Transmission System Operator

Energy Agency of Republic of Serbia

A supplier is an electric power utility providing power purchased from traders and other suppliers in the regulated market of power imports.

High-rate active electricity is the active energy consumed by customers in the billing period between 7AM and 11PM each day.

Low-rate active electricity is the active energy consumed by customers in the billing periods between 0AM and 7AM and 11PM to 12PM each day.

In the case of flat rate meters, active energy is expressed only at a single tariff.

kWh or kilowatt-hour unit of electricity

Customer “approved power” or “access power” is the power specified in customer’s facility connection approval (or power agreement) document. Power is expressed in kilowatts (kW).

The accounting period for consumed power and energy.

A device measuring and recording electricity consumption parameters at the billing point-of-sale, in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the area, as well as the technical regulations of the system or distribution network operator.

Network access fee is the charge for accessing and using the transmission and distribution network. For high-voltage consumers it is a charge paid to Elektromreza Srbije for accessing and using its transmission network. Alternatively, for low-voltage customers it is a charge paid to its electric utility company for accessing and using its distributive network. Basic charge consists of charges for approved and excess active and reactive energy and power.

Renewable energy levy is the charge applied to all consumers in Republic of Serbia, subsidizing privileged electricity producers (production of electricity from wind, solar energy, small hydropower plants, biomass, cogeneration, etc.) in accordance with Republic of Serbia regulations. This fee is calculated as the product Billing period’s measured active electricity expressed in kWh and the levy determined in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, expressed in RSD / kWh. Currently, this fee is 0.437 RSD / kWh.

If the power factor for the billing period is greater than or equal to 0.95, the tariff item “reactive energy” is applied to the amount of measured reactive energy. If the power factor for the billing period is less than 0.95, the billing item “reactive energy” is applied to the amount of reactive energy corresponding to the power factor 0.95, and the billing item “excessively taken reactive energy” is applied to the amount of excessively taken reactive energy . Excessively taken reactive energy is the absolute difference between the reactive energy actually consumed and the reactive energy corresponding to the power factor 0.95.

The billing point of sale is a place in the network where the electricity consumption parameters are measured for billing purposes, using meters with the help of meters and other measuring equipment.
