TF Tesla charges its consumers only with the active energy they actually spend.
TF TESLA guarantees quality and continuous delivery of electricity to consumers with whom they sign a supply contract. This practically means that only in case of force majeure, it can happen that energy does not reach the consumer. These cases may be a malfunction in the communication or computer systems of the relevant (state) transmission or distribution system operators, or other unforeseen circumstances or events such as: war, natural disasters and major damages in facilities for the production, transmission or distribution of electricity.
TF Tesla is balance responsible for its consumers. Balance responsibility in the electricity market is the obligation of the market participants to balance production, consumption and contracted purchase and sale of electricity in the period for which a balance-sheet deviation is established and to assume financial responsibility for deviations. This practically means that TF Tesla pays the transmission system operator the costs of balancing the consumption of its consumers.
Large consumers (usually those who are at high voltage) sometimes choose to be directly accountable and to bear the balancing costs themselves. TF TESLA supplies such consumers as well, without taking the balance responsibility.
Complete supply is the sale of electricity where the amount of electricity for the accounting period is not determined by the supply contract, but the end consumer has the right to spend as much energy as he needs during the term of the contract, as long as he properly settles his contractual obligations.
TF TESLA charges its consumers only with the active energy that consumers actually spend. For this reason, with our company, consumers only negotiate the prices of active energy in higher tariffs and active energy in lower tariffs, or the optional price of active energy according to the single tariff.
All other expences paid by the electricity consumers go through the bills that TF Tesla issues to consumers, but they are actually charged by the distribution and transmission system operators (the state-owned electricity distribution companies and the Elektromreža Srbije, in the name of the so-called “network”, i.e. the usage fee of these systems) and/or the Government of Serbia through EPS Supply for the part that is paid for the incentives to producers who receive electricity from renewable energy sources.
ACTIVE ENERGY is expressed in kilowatt hours (kWh). Each buyer can choose whether to buy active energy for a two or a single tariff. In order to be able to acquire active energy in two-tariffs (at a higher and lower rate), you must have two-tariff meter at your measuring point.
Active energy that buyers take from the system from 7 am to 11 pm every day, is called active electricity at a higher rate.
The active energy that buyers take from the system from 11 pm to 7 am each day is called active electricity at a lower rate.
In single-tariff meters, active energy is expressed only according to a single tariff. In single-tariff meters, active energy is expressed only according to a single tariff.
NETWORK FEE is the common name for fees for access and use of the transmission and distribution system of electricity; in the case of high-voltage consumers, it is a fee for access and use of the transmission system of electricity that is paid to Elektromreža Srbije, and for other consumers it is a fee for access and use of the distribution system of electricity, which is paid to the electricity distribution (state) enterprises.
Network fee consists of: higher and lower daily tariffs for active energy, approved power, excessive power, reactive energy and excessive reactive energy.
A network fee for active energy in a higher tariff, that is, a “higher daily tariff rate for active energy” applies to the amount of active energy that buyers take from the transmission, ie, distribution system in the period from 7 am to 11 pm each day.
Network fee for active energy in lower tariff, i.e. “Lower daily tariff rate for active energy” shall apply to the amount of active energy that buyers download from the transmission, ie, distribution system in the period from 11 pm to 7 am each day.
APPROVED STRENGTH, ACCOUNTABLE STRENGTH AND POWERED POWER. The approved power for one user of the system is the power determined in the approval for connection of the consumer object (or in the electric power consent). Power is expressed in kilowatts (kW).
The monthly maximum active power for one customer is determined by measuring the average fifteen-minute active power during the calendar month. If the monthly maximum active power is greater than the approved, the tariff rate “calculated power” is applied to the amount of the approved power, and the tariff attitude of “excessively recovered power” is applied to the amount of the difference between the monthly maximum and the approved power.
REACTIVE ENERGY AND EXCESSIVE REACTIVE ENERGY
If the power factor for the accounting period is greater than or equal to 0,95, the tariff position “reactive energy” shall apply to the amount of measured reactive energy. If the power factor for the accounting period is less than 0.95, the tariff rate “reactive energy” shall apply to the amount of reactive energy corresponding to a power factor of 0.95, and the tariff attitude “excessively taken reactive energy” shall apply to the amount of excessively reactive energy . Excessively taken reactive energy is the positive difference between the actual reactive energy and the reactive energy, which corresponds to a factor of 0.95.
TAX FOR RENEWABLE SOURCES.
A tax for renewable sources is called a fee for the promotion of renewable energy sources. This is the cost of all consumers in the Republic of Serbia subsidizing privileged electricity producers (electricity production from wind, solar energy, mini-hydroelectric power plants, biomass, cogeneration, etc.) in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia. This fee is calculated as the product of the totally measured active electricity in the accounting period expressed in kWh and the amount of compensation determined in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, expressed in RSD / kWh. Currently, this fee is 0.093 RSD / kWh.
The consumption of electricity supplied by TF TESLA, is measured by the local (state) electricity distribution companies, the so- “Distribution system operators”. The data on consumption, for each measuring point in the TF TESLA balance group, are sent by the mentioned operators to our company, which accordingly performs the calculation of the spent active electricity and invoices it to its customers. Consumer information is available to our customers, upon request.
Otherwise, the measured data on the delivered electricity shall be determined by reading the measuring device, that is, the electricity meter at the calculated measuring point located at the place of the agreed delivery of electricity.
Measured data is determined by the competent Distribution System Operator, measuring devices at the accounting metering points, in accordance with the Law on Energy, the Regulation on Conditions of Supply and Supply of Electricity, the Rules on Operation of the Transmission System, or the Operating Rules of the Distribution System (depending on the place of connection of the Buyer ) and other relevant technical regulations.
Small electricity consumers, such as households, still have the right to public supply and are not obliged to purchase electricity in the free market. Small consumers are considered to be the ultimate buyers (legal entities and entrepreneurs) with fewer than 50 employees, total annual income of up to 10 million Euros in RSD counter value, all of which are connected to a distribution system with a voltage less than 1 kV and whose electricity consumption in the previous calendar year was not over 30,000 kWh.
To start supplying with the supplier you choose, first you need to settle your financial obligations to the previous supplier. The supplier switch procedure should be initiated at the latest 21 days before the expiration of the existing contract. Do not wait until the end of the year, but start the selection of your supplier of electricity on time.
If your supply contract expires, and you do not sign a new one, in accordance with the law, you will find yourself in the reserve supply mode. You do not get left without electricity, but you pay for it to EPS Supply at a price that is generally higher than the market price. The spare supply regime lasts for a maximum of two months. After this deadline, consumers are excluded from the transmission or distribution system.
